Over the past two decades, the local photography has grown in
diversified forms and styles. Young photographers venture into other genres,
rather than “Straight Photography”. Many with art training in other disciplines
are concerned with concepts than style. Presenting this recent development
of the local photographic culture, the exhibition will also explore the impact of
digital image, the internet, globalization and new ideas of art and photography.
